600e not posting

we turn it on and it doesnt beep or anything
it spins up the hd and cdrom drive and the hd light shows that it reads from time to time.....yet it doesnt beep......and nothing goes on the display
any ideas?

Remove the battery, the rams and the hard drive. And try to start it again and if does reinstall one part at a time to pinpoint where is the problem.
But it sound like motherboard failure.

i had already tried removing everything but to no avail....so now i am in the market for a mobo for that one and a T23
Anyone got one cheap they will sell me pm me or something

Have you tried using an external monitor to see if any video is coming out that port?
If that is not available, then shine a strong flashlight on the screen. Do you see any "ghostly" image? If so, then the video signals are working but your backlight is not turning on.

tried external monitor and nothing showed up
and its not the backlight either
idk whats wrong but i think its the mobo

Looks like a motherboard failure. Nothing i can think of could case this problem.

Unplug the computer, remove the drives, main battery, CMOS battery and RAM and leave out for a few minutes and flip the power switch a few times with no battery or AC power. Then plug back in and try turning on. Also, have you made sure the CPU board is seated firmly as well as the RAM?

it got fixed........all i had to do was apply some form of pressure with my hand to the area just to the right and above the left keyboard speaker
so......yeah.....somethings gotta be loose down there
