600x: location of thermal sensors?

Hello,
my Thinkpad 600x has four thermal sensors, accessible via acpi: thm0, thm2, thm6 and thm7. I´d like to know their exact location, but the manuals say nothing, and Google finds nothing either. I suppose thm0 is on the cpu; does anyone here know more about that?
