Service Training CD for Transnote?

I've got the VHS training tapes for the 701 and would like the same for the Transnote. Does anyone know if these are still available somewhere? I've already got the hardware maintenance manual - I'd like the CD with the video of a technician walking through the various stages of assembly/disassembly.
