701cs HDD upgrade

I am planning to upgrade to a bigger hard disk for my 701 CS. Any ideas on where to look for compatible models?

Another question is: will I need to find a new caddy and a new cable or should the original ones work?

You can upgrade to a 6.4 gig hard drive and use your existing caddy.
