600E Screen unreadable

Not sure how else to put it. On my 600E the LCD screen is all full of horizontal lines. However when hooked up to a CRT looks fine. I find that if I squeeze on the left edge of the LCD I can sometimes get it to clear up. But it comes back eventually.

What would be my problems?

Problem like this could be the LCD panel itself or a loose or broken ribbon cable coming up from the motherboard.

(Having some issues with video problems with your systems, eh? )
