I have this old TP600, that I would like to upgrade with more ram, bigger HD and make it wireless.
But how much ram can it take?
How big harddrive and what kind of harddrives fit in? Do my 30 GB T40 HD fit in?
can I get a wireless built in card? Or should I just use pcmcia wireless card?
I'm going to use it for internet access and some pictures....

See the site FAQ. It has details on how to get information about your 600. The 600 can use 288MB of RAM: 32MB built-in plus two sticks of 128MB, PC66 SDRAM.
I know the 600 can use any ATA hard drive up to 137GB in size easily, and can use larger ones with a little work.
You cannot add an internal wireless card and antennae to the 600 or 600E. You can with the 600X. I did it and found it didn't work well.

Hello,
The FSB of the 600 is 66 MHz, but if you don't find PC66 memory, you can use PC100 too.
For the HDD, as said by whizkid, the 600 wil accept any drive up to 137 GB.
Most of the HDDs today are 9 mm thick, but you can also use 12.5 mm ones.
If you want to add wireless functionnalities to your lappy, then use a PCMCIA card.
You'll find different type of cards. If you want to use the 2 PCMCIA slots, then buy a card like this :

It's a 3Com OfficeConnect Wireless 108Mbps 11g XJACK PC Card.
