700C Thinkpad Errors

Sometimes (not always) when I boot up my 700C I will get one long beep followed by 2 short beeps. I will then get a message saying that I have Error Code 2401, and that I should run tests on the system. So I run the tests, and only test that fails is the Lid Switch Test under Power Management. I close and open the lid, as instructed. I am then asked if I closed and opened the lid. When I respond, "Yes", I then get a message indicating "Error code= 00019201 Have your system unit serviced." Is there anything that I might try doing (cleaning, connecting, etc.) that might solve this occasional problem?
