My Trackball is faulty error 08611

My Trackball is faulty it is seized up or cannot move.. I have attached a external mouse.Laptop will not boot up error 08611. It Will boot some times when I hit f1. Mouse will not move Will I have to unplug track ball from somwhere to get system to boot, and external mouse to work ok.The rest of keyboard seems ok.
