Hardware Maintenance Diskette

Does anyone know where can I download the discontinued Hardware Maintenance Diskette? This utility is mentioned on the TP600 Hardware Maintanance Manual but I cant seem to find it anywhere... Thanks :)

It should be a downloadable file that creates a boot disk....

Yeah, it can be downloaded from the IBM website, but only if you have a password. And since you don't, neither I ebay is the only place I can suggest.
