600E TV-out doesn't work

Howdy all,

600E 2645-5BU No TV output signal. New TV-out dongle.

BIOS test OK, res set to 16bit, TV enabled in NeoMagic display tab.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Vaguely recall seeing something like this before... A search of the archives using various terms such as "s-video", "video" , "problem", and "600e" yields these threads:

It may be a driver problem or a specific turn-on procedure (have TV on and connected BEFORE turning on the 600E). Hope that helps.

If what rkawakami said doesn't work, it might be the TV. I really don't like S-Video since I have had several problems using that connection in the past.
I have finally rejoined the dark side.
