need to get a cmos battery for TP 770ED

can you help?
do the cmos for tp 600e work in that unit?
also i need a dvd/cd/cdrw drive anyone will do.

I am going to install a minimum linux distro, but there is no os installed. It currently has a floppy drive. Is there i can install it through the ethernet cable?

For CMOS battery replacement info, check my reply to the following question: error code at startup, my 770z won't keep time/date.
