Recovery CD's (Win 2000) for 240X needed? Who has one?

I need them to install OS in my 240X.
I have tried everything but somehow it wont work.
i even have Portable Drive Bay 2000 with bootable DVD but it is not working.
Can please burn coppies of his Recovery Cd's and send them to Germany/Hannover?
