Recovery discs on ebay

I was looking at recovery discs on ebay for a 570 and I seen this auction.
Is this the same as installing with a windows CD and running Update Connector or is he selling a unique product?

Same thing as running Update Connector, just all on a CD rather than needing an internet connection.

So can I run any version of Update Connector on a 570?

I've tried V5.32 and V6.10, they seem to run cleanly, but I don't particularly like them. Personally, I prefer fetching all the necessary drivers by hand, either from here (570/E), here (570) or here (570E).

I tried V6.10 and "ucgather" keeps crashing. Maybe my windows install is corrupted. I'll try with a fresh install.
