ThinkPad 600e and Edimax 4103DL PCMCI LAN problem

Hi people,
You have a veru nice community here, keep up the great work.
Few months ago I needed "typing machine", so I bought TP 600e. I'm really impressed with this little machine, it works almost better than my Athlon X2 desktop.
Few days ago I bought Edimax PCMCI LAN card and here starts my problem:
Everything works fine, internet, download, transfering files to ThinkPad from other computer, everything except file transfer from ThinkPad, it starts to transfer, than speed falls to only few butes/s, and then frezes. I've tried card in other notebook it works ok, tried network with few other computers, over router, file transfer trough skype, borg chat etc. but it does not work.
I'm using winXP pro on ThinkPad 600e type 2645-8A0 02/99, it has 366Mhz, 128MB (32 + 64) RAM, 6G HDD. The details for card is Edimax EP - 4103DL 32-bit.
