Hi!

Is there any way to activate FN + F5 for WLAN-control on TP600x?

Ciao Uwe

Not that I'm aware of.

The Fn+key combinations are hardwired/hardcoded in BIOS or in the motherboard somewhere. The 600X did not ship with a built-in network card, and the Fn+F5 is listed as "Reserved" in the Hardware Maintenance Manual. I don't think IBM produced a software utility that would remap the Fn keys for the 600/770 series.

If you're using Linux, you might be able to do something. Use tpb and see if it catches the Fn+F5 event, then map it to your choice of applications.
