Update2: Pictures of the surgery on the Infineon module are now posted on my site:

There are 16 FBGA memory chips on this module which again confirms that it's a low density version.

This is exactly the same module that I bought earlier and (I think) mentioned somewhere here. Didn't you ask for the part number one time?

At any rate, it works just find in my T2x/A2x machines (the PC100 ones), and my experience has been that if the modules are marked PC100-222-620 as in this case, they'll work fine in such machines.
