Occasionally I will run across an IBM Thinkpad in a flea market (or off the back of the truck ) but I don't often have a clue as to which model it is. .

Any number/model list out there? GOOGLE was not helpful

This one is probably the most useful.

Now, if you want to look up a very specific submodel, you can use this, to enter the full model/type number.

Thanks for the info. AT least it will give me a handle on what is wandering around out there.

I often see 600's but they are not usually 'alive' so it is hard to tell what I am looking at.
