Subject line says it - searching for speedstep utility (driver?) I can install on a TP600X 2645-9FU running W2K SP4. Would appreciate pointer to or copy of same.

The Thinkpad 600 Driver matrix has a list of practically all the drivers you need for any 600 series machine, and it should be your first stop when searching for any drivers:
