UltraSlimBay Battery in a TP 600?

#1 Post by anneortim » Wed Nov 10, 2004 10:25 pm

I've read in a couple of threads here rave reviews for the UltraSlimBay Battery. But I'm a little confused. In looking at the ebay listings for this battery, some say it works in a 600 and others say it only works in the 600e/x. So what do you experts say? Will it work in a TP 600? TIA

no. any TP600 has the battery connector.
if you want to be sure look into the ultraslimbay. if your thinkpad is compatible there are 4 pins for the batt. on the left side in the bay...

Only the 600E and 600X models can use the Ultraslimbay battery, the 600 series machines don't have the battery connection in the port.
