I do not recall seeing a link to an actual CD iso/image but here are a couple links to a couple attempts at describing how to do this.
This is not something that should be undertaken lightly. If you attempt to upgrade your BIOS and fail, you can leave your Thinkpad in an unusable state that requires the replacement of your motherboard.
I have never attempted to do this, and I cannot comment on whether or not these threads provide accurate information. Having stated all that, here are two threads to check out:
