don't understand screen in bios on 600

#1 Post by delanvital » Wed Jan 09, 2008 7:33 am

I have an 600 (base model) 266MHz 160MB 4GB model. When entering bios I get this message, written in large letters:

"O > I"

what does that mean? :?:

I have a feeling I am a big idiot right now... can also be the laptop has a bios pwd or something.

Yes, it means "Off - On", which means to turn the machine off and then back on again, using the power switch.
