CE UTILITY DISKETTE FOR TP 390E ( even named HMD )

I need ce utylity diskette for my old tp 390th and tp 390x
I tried anywhere in the site ibm and other sites: I know that exists and is called CEUTQ103.exe but i cannot get it!
Ibm assistance of my city (milan italy) tells me that the machine is too old and can not help me.
I found in a tp Spanish site CEUKQ110.EXE; that is the file hmd for 1200-1300 tp iseies version 1.11, can i use in my pc tp? I have only reset the thermal sensor, of the 390
