560 (2640) battery and larger HD-Where?

A good friend has a nice little (old) Thinkpad 2640 (560). He would like to get a new battery and a larger hard drive.
Could someone suggest where I might find these items at a "reasonable" price?

try eBay: my search "IBM 560 (battery, hard drive)" yielded several
of both--including a 40gig monster.
the way up and the way down are the same (heraclitus)
