Hi folks, I have just very recently "un-retired" my transnote, after successfully "retooled" the famous backup (yellow) CMOS, the old box is back in action. Currently, it still has the original 128MB, and I really need to put in a 256MB SODIMM to make it move along (instead of limping :( ). I know the official spec is PC100, but I also know that I had it running with PC133 (the same memory is now in a X20, also supposed to be PC100). I vaguely recall there's some rule with which PC133 works and which doesn't (I think James M here may have posted some stuff in times past), I hope somebody can enlighten me with this again. Thanks.

Yeah, but you can fill in for me anytime.

Well, except for at dinner and in bed!
