New owner of a not-so-new I series

#1 Post by Andersonjoe711 » Mon May 26, 2008 11:55 am

I picked this one up at the same tag sale i got the 600.

My girlfriend likes it because it has the CD Controls on it, and a switch for the thinklight.

What should I run on it, 98? 2000? Vista?

What CPU, how much RAM?
Is it the one in your sig?
Original description: Celeron 466MHz (128KB) 64MB RAM 6.4GB 14.1 XGA TFT 24X 56k (Int) Win98

If it is this machine and the CPU and RAM are the same, W98 is the right choice.

Win98 sounds good!

I plan on maxing out the ram and upgrading the hard drive if possible, how much is memory for this beast?
