Misleading numbers/misleading auction for PC100 256MB memory

When I cross referenced the numbers 10K0030/10K0031 off the image for the following supposedly 600X compatible memory
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0037126748

it turned up this instead: 256MB 200pin PC2100 8chips 16x16 DDR SODIMM.

I am confused or this something wrong with auctioned memory?

Thanx.

Run, don't walk away from that auction :) . It appears to be a badly-formed label ("Origin" is spelling wrong, FRU of 10K0030 appears to reference a DDR SODIMM as you found).

Hmm... this triggered some déjà vu :!:

This is a different Chinese eBay seller but the source of the modules appears to be the same. I didn't notice the FRU on the label on the earlier example. I hope that the OP in that post wasn't burned... .
