Bunch of old laptops - any requests?

Older ThinkPads.. from the 600, the 7xx, the iSeries, 300, 500, the Transnote and, of course, the 701

Bunch of old laptops - any requests?

#1 Post by sparta.rising » Thu Oct 09, 2008 6:02 pm

Take a look at:

I emailed the guy this morning and haven't gotten a reply yet :? but if I do, are there any requests of machines that I should look for? I would pass them along at-cost, so throw out some requests!

Oh, gosh... I'd take any ol' thinkpad for cheap... :?
560, 560, 560, (all in various stages of completion/possession of a screen) 600E that's pretty dead, and a spiffy new X61 Tablet.

Heck, I'd take any two or three IBM laptops, but a 701C butterfly with it's plastics in an acceptable condition would be nice too.
Duct tape is kinda like the force. It's got a light side, a dark side, and it holds the whole universe together...

I haven't heard anything from the guy so I've got little hope for that one. Don't know, maybe someone just cleaned him out (heck the guy was asking for $10/each, wouldn't cost much to buy ALL of them).

Well, if you do hear from him I wouldn't mind another 570E and 600E for my collection. And any T series too.
