Ok, so I have DOS 7.10 installed and Windows 3.11 but I need drivers for stuff. Anyone know where I can get drivers for PCMCIA/Cardbus slots and the graphics card?

You should be able to find all the drivers you need over at www.lenovo.com

Lenovo/IBM doesn't support Win 3.1 on that machine. However, you might be able to find drivers for the individual components elsewhere. Try doing google searches on the various chips and such.
