760ED - Whats the Max Ram supported?

#1 Post by jdiddy » Fri Feb 04, 2005 3:26 am

I've read on other places online that 80 mbs of edo so-dimm is the max, the 26 onboard and 2 32mb sticks. Has anyone been successfull installing more ram then that? Thank you in advance for the help.

104MB is the max RAM IBM supported on the 760ED, but several folks have reported installing more over the years.

The biggest problem is finding 64MB 144pin EDO SO-DIMMs at a reasonable price.
