Ram replacement for iSeries, plz help

Hi there,
I've got an iSeries 1200 1161 71U notebook running Windows 2000. I've only got 64 megs of ram, so windows runs with stability but very slowly. I just got my hands on a couple of 64 meg cards. I don't know what the important parts of this are, but it says on each card:
SYNCH, 100 MHz, CL2.
The product code is 20L0264. Unfortunately, I've been told that my machine only has one open slot for more ram. It's got a maximum 192 Megs. My questions are:
Should I install one of these 64 Meg Cards? Is it the right kind of Ram for my machine? If I do so, I'll still only have 128 Megs of Ram. Would it be better to go to crucial.com and buy one 128 meg card, to bring myself to the max of 192? If I should install them, how do I go about it? Is it something that's fairly simple for someone with little hardware experience?
Thank you very much!
