thinkpad identification

I have just recently acquired an old Thinkpad and am trying to identify it, details as follows....
80486DX, V86 Mode 33.40 MHz
12mb ram
HD1 344.33 MB
On label underneath: Type 9545 and 9545 S/N 550MA7
