thinkpad identification

Hi there
I have just recently acquired an old Thinkpad and am trying to identify it, details as follows....
80486DX, V86 Mode 33.40 MHz
12mb ram
HD1 344.33 MB
On label underneath: Type 9545 and 9545 S/N 550MA7

The C models have a colour screen while the P has pen input. Cs has a slightly smaller screen than the C. All are described by the same hardware maintenance manual (HMM).
