No image on 570e LCD

Lately I've been having a problem with my 570e with distorted colors and images when the screen is moved in certain positions. However, as of yesterday, no more image is displayed at all except for when the lid is opened 1-2 inches. Anymore than that and display goes black with the backlight still on.

I'm thinking its a problem with the LCD cable as the joint where it bends seems to be worn out.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement cable (for cheap) as I do not want to junk this laptop as it's in perfect condition (besides the obvious display issue).

570 and 570E machines used the same video cables, panels and inverters. Shoot me a PM if you can't find any other sources.
