stop beeping from FnPgUp FnPgDn volume in Linux ?

Got it done in Windows but now have another 600X with Linux Mint.

Is there a GUI Linux version of the thinkpad configuration utility ?
ie that can be installed without entering command line scripts.
(dont think I'm up to that unless some kind person walked
me through it slowly (
