help with 770E

Is there someone in the Pittsburgh PA area that has experence with 770E . I have one that I cannot get to work. When I bought it off of ebay it worked but did not reconize the CD Rom. I tried a recovery disc and it goes thru the recovery then it comes to a point on the screen that says insert a floppy disc. I tried a floppy with the bios on it and when I restart it it comes up to the insert floppy again.
I was hoping to find someone that would be willing to take this and see if they can get it corrected. I asked a couple of computer places about it and they dont want to check it out ,they say its to old. If anyone is interested email me.
