Can any one tell me what error code 00201 and 00301 they happen when the computer start up and when i push the F1 key and the Del key can any one tell me what wrong

From the thinkpad manual:

201: Memory data
error.

301, 303, 304, 305, 3XX
(301: Keyboard error.)
