Thinkpad 750C Drivers or Driver Disk images?

#1 Post by QuillOmega0 » Wed Sep 08, 2010 3:59 am

I'm looking to get my old 750C back from my sister. However I need to prepare for the worst. I looked at Lenovo's support site for the old system, and it looks like Lenovo stripped a fair amount of the drivers for the 750C.
I was wondering if anybody had the drivers or disk images mirrored. The more up to date the better.

If by chance I get my original floppies back, I'll create some images and host them. But due to the age, it's iffy I'll be able to get god images. :(

You may be able to find a number of the drivers here:
http://ps-2.kev009.com:8081/pccbbs/
or in this subfolder:
http://ps-2.kev009.com:8081/pccbbs/mobiles/

But it is easier if you know the exact filename you are looking for, as these folders were not set up for easy browsing. There is an index file in most of the subfolders you can try though.

This is a copy of the FTP resource that used to be stored on IBM servers way back when, and is now hosted by a friendly forum member.
