600e beeps, but no sound, win 98 , post error codes 1xx,1xx

600E I hear beeps, but no Win 98 sounds, post error codes 116, 1xx, 1xx

600E 2645-A5U It has a floppy drive and a CD ROM drive . It boots

to win98 OK.

Is there a diagnostic disk that could help me with this problem?

This is all new to me.

As far as I know, there is no error 116. Do you possibly mean 161? And what are the other two errors?
