iSERIES Wireless Driver Help

Hi I have iSERIES 1200 - 1161. It was running xp with wifi working. I've since restore it back to it's original OS, ME. I couldn't find ME driver for Broadcom BCM4306kfb. Broadcom website doesn't have anything for lagacy. Google only show me XP driver which I already have. Are there any mini pci wirless card that will work on 98/ME? I don't really want to buy another one if there is because I have 2 card laying around.
240x, 500Mhz 192mb
390x, 300Mhz 128mb, bad kb.
600x, 500Mhz 256mb
i1400 2621 433Mhz 256mb
770x, 300Mhz 128mb

Im not sure if you find one, that it will do WEP or WPA.
