softFSB and overclocking my 770z PII 366, need some advice

I read in the upgrade 770 post that with softFSB a 770 can be overclocked. Is this easy to do with the software and would I need to worry about my laptop overheating? And would I really notice any difference? (I am a complete newbie with this sort of upgrade, so maybe this isn't even possible. But I figured I would ask)

Thanks in advance for any information.

my current 770z:
PII 366 (Belarc advisor is calling it a 367 megahertz celeron, but I don't think it's been tampered with)
bus clock: 66 megahertz
BIOS: IBM IOET22WW 09/10/1999
128 mb of PC66 memory (i'm adding another 128 mb stick this week)
12 gb HD (TOSHIBA MK1214GAP)

SoftFSB does not work on 770Z.
