Rescue and Recovery, Q Drive

Hi All,
My Edge is nearly new, and working fine. I've gotten around to setting up backups, and am doing my usual, backing up important files.

On my previous model, R61i, Rescue and Recovery would run a backup once a week. On this model, E520, I see a Q: "Lenovo_Recovery" drive, but it looks as though Rescue and Recovery may not be installed. I do see a menu option for "Enhanced Rescue and Recovery", apparently an install routine.

So it appears to me that this Q: drive might be the basic backup from the factory, and maybe Enhanced Rescue and Recovery, if I install it, would update the Q: drive with any changes?

Is this correct? And I'd appreciate hearing any opinions or advice on using Rescue and Recovery on the Edge.
