My wireless adapter not staying connected to the network

Hi everyone,
OK so I am having the worst time with this computer that I purchased. My
Thinkpad Edge 15 46u series is great when I can get it to stay connected to the network. Here is my information:
Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 15
TYPE 0319-46U
Intel Core i3
CPU M 380 dual 2.53 GHz
350 GB HD
4 GB RAM (3.80 GB usable)
WIRELESS: 1x1 11b/g/n Wireless LAN PCI Express Half Mini Card Adapter
Running Windows 7 Pro. 64bit FULL
This is what I have done, I had the motherboard replaced and the network adapter replaced. I formated the drive and wiped everyting clean then reloaded everything (hours of fun). Updated all the drivers to the newests drivers available, even had my router replaced. While I am working on this blerb my network adapter disconnected and I had to disable it and re-enable it, just to finish this!!!
this computer was purchased in JUNE of 2012 and Lenovo wants that I send it back to them so they can find the problem. This is the only computer I have and I cannot afford to send it away.
My questions:
Has anyone had this problem?
How did you repair the problem?
Does anyone have any cleanex cause I am on the brinks of crying!!! WHY DID I WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS??????
Thanks for any help
Dan
