SSD for Edge E330

#1 Post by cyberdime » Wed May 28, 2014 2:09 pm

Hello guys, so I wanted to upgrade the HDD in my Edge E330, but it turns out I have no idea whether it supports SATA III standard. So how do I know that?

Machine type is 3354 3KG.

PS. Has anyone installed SSD in their E330? Any suggestions?

TIA!

It doesn't matter. SSDs are backwards compatible. In the event you E330 is SATA II, a SATA III drive will work, but at SATA II speeds.
