E540 - replacing TN HD panel with FHD IPS screen

Hello,
About a mounth ago I bought a new E540 (i5/4GB/500GB/HD4600). Overall its a good package and I am very pleased with its performance. Except for the screen which is close to awful. Its a HD resolution TN panel. I would very much like to replace it with Full-HD resolution TN of IPS panel. I found a screen that should fit on screencountry.com [link below] and from the looks of it it should fit into my laptop - also has a 30pin connector. One thing I am not sure about is the compatibilty of display cable and display output unit on the motherboard. Yesterday I removed the keyboard and take a look at the display cable connector on the motherboard - its a 30 pin connector. Does anybody know if this setup is already prepared to connect a Full-HD hisplay or are there some thing that need to be considered before doing so. I mean, I dont want to buy a new screen just to find out that its not working properly. Any help would be greatly apriciated.
