Thinkpad 13

http://www.notebookreview.com/notebookr ... 13-review/

I'm not sure if the laptop actually belongs here but its not a T series, its not exactly an Ideapad but is it an Edge?

Looks like a decent laptop for the price. $660rrp base but it ends up being $1,000+ in Canada or places with bad currency.

Max cpu seems to be the i5 6300 which is a bit mid range and the lack of user serviceability is a pain... expect a lot of screws and swearing and broken tabs to get to the hdd and ram. So maybe buy the spec you want at the start and dont bother upgrading ever.

Also interesting is that there's a Chrome version where they put in the crappiest cpu and only a 32Gb ssd and they install a kbd without the nipple. Its $399.

They should take the Thinkpad logo off the Chromebook too.

Still better than no screws design like T450s. I am waiting for detailed notebookcheck (FHD IPS model) review. There is also video review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFnrrQCmg8k The thin and long heat pipe design does not look good :?

Notebookcheck review http://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-Thi ... 559.0.html

Display (LG) does not flicker. If Lenovo ever fix the pulsing fan issue by a BIOS update it is going be one of most interesting 2016 models for the price tag.

While it was available for two weeks it has disappeared from all shops over here with status "unavailable".

But not in shops, at least over here. Namely the model 20GJ003QMC (the only FHD one available in CZ) is no longer available according local Lenovo reseller. It is different status than just "out of stock". Lenovo might have discontinued that particular configuration (still weird after two weeks of general availability only) and replace it with another one but the communication with partners is weak.

What problems ? Is there any link ?

@Puppy if you can live with an EN_US keyboard and an 20GJ001GPB configuration, it is available here in Poland for ~~24 000 CZK. So if you travel north from time to time I am sure you can buy it here.

They're all available in my market except for the super high end models which is not surprising.

It is available again. Looks like a communication issue with Lenovo.
