We need to purchase 3 notebooks for our company.

We chose Lenovo Thinkpad E560.

We want to know when the 2016 generation will be released in order to decide to wait for the 2016 generation or go ahead with the 2015 generation.

Do the US versions of E560 use PWM in display dimming? And if so, what frequencies? Notebookcheck.com states that European versions do not...
