Lenovo Thinkpad 13 cpu change

Hello,

i woul'd like to ask community, if it's possible to change CPU in Lenovo Thinkpad 13. Now i have i3-6100U in it.

The CPU is soldered.
If you have the proper equipment, then yes, otherwise no.
