Swapping E560 motherboard - compatibility question

I have a Thinkpad E560 (20EV002JUS) with an FRU 01AW113 motherboard that recently died.

I was able to find an E560 motherboard (FRU 01AW112) which has the same processor, discrete graphics card, etc. The only thing that I can tell is different is my current motherboard has a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chip whereas the new replacement motherboard doesn't. Would these motherboards be compatible?

Would there be any major steps I would have to take to swap out these different model motherboards. (i.e. bios issues, hard drive swap issues, etc.)?

If you switch motherboards ,why would you have a problem ?

Your old board is without GPU correct?

Physically they are a drop-in replacement, but drive security is partly controlled by TPM.
Without TPM you have less options.
Personally I don't give a rat's bum about drive encryption, Bitlocker or whatever they call it.
YMMV.
