E330 ssd and ram upgrade

How much RAM can I put into this laptop? Does it have 2 sockets for RAM? Can I put 2.5" ssd instead of HDD?

Welcome to the Forum.
E330 has 2 RAM-slots and can take up to 16 (=2x8) GB RAM DDR3-1600 / PC3-12800.
Don't buy any modules with the word "Value" or "Economy" in it.
Replace the HDD with a 2.5" SATA SSD, such as Crucial MX500 or Samsung 860-EVO.
