Is the Edge 13 WWAN ready?

Some of the Lenovo documentation suggests that some Edge 13 models come with WWAN adapters, some are upgradeable and some are not. I was wondering if 1) all Edge 13 motherboards have the extra PCI Express slot or not, and 2) if all Edge 13 machines have the WWAN antennas preinstalled or not. Please post back if you've taken a peak under the hood.

The Edge 13 seems like it'd be a nice road machine, hopefully, all are WWAN upgradeable.

I am using AMD model, 0197-39A, and yes this is WWAN upgradeable. One way to find out is just look into the SIM card slot under the battery, if exist then it is upgradeable.

I open it once to upgrade memory, and yes, there is one empty slot for mini PIC-e card.

Sounds good. Did you notice if the antenna leads were there or not?
