problems with UBUNTU

1.brand new Thinkpad Edge i3,2GB RAM,320GB HDD
2.I installed windows 7 with
3.I tried to install ubuntu but it showed me only
4.I then logged in from windows deleted D & H keeping in mind that I would install UBUNTU first and then make drives from windows.
5.Installed my ubuntu but windows got corrupted.
6.So I used ubuntu live cd..deleted all things.
7.installed 7 and ubuntu successfully.
8.But now problem is windows shows only 280 GB HDD and while ubuntu shows 320 GB.
8.I deleted all things from ubuntu live CD then.
Still the problem persists,
280 GB if I try to install windows 7 and 320 if i use live ubuntu CD
HELP ME!
2.I installed windows 7 with

50 GB for C:\ where OS is loaded.
150 GB D:\
50GB H:\
remained 70 GB unallocated space(NOTE-not free space.)

50GB unknown partition
and all 270 GB in one partition(ignoring D n H)
